A: Most appointments take about 60 to 75 minutes depending on the home and devices involved. The first 60 minutes are included in your service. If extra time is needed, we’ll bill at our standard hourly rate.

A: Absolutely. We’ll test your signal strength in key areas and suggest improvements, such as extender placement or equipment upgrades, to boost performance.

Q: Do I need to buy new equipment first?
