A: We support most streaming devices, including Sonos, smart TVs, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, and Android TV boxes. We also assist with soundbars, Bluetooth speakers, and universal remotes.
Q: Can you help me cut the cord and switch from cable?
A: Yes! We’ll explain your streaming options, help set up your preferred services, and show you how to navigate everything without cable.
Q: I forgot my passwords—can you help?
A: Definitely. We’ll help you reset and securely store your login info for your streaming and account services.
Q: How long does this service take?
A: Most setups take 60 to 75 minutes depending on the number of devices and apps. The initial service includes up to 60 minutes; any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll let you know in advance if extra time is needed.
Q: Can you help with soundbars and speaker setup?
A: Yes—we’ll help you connect, configure, and test your sound system so it works perfectly with your streaming devices.
Q: Will you show me how to use it all afterward?
A: Absolutely. We provide hands-on instruction and answer all your questions so you’re comfortable using everything.
Q: Can you recommend apps or services?
A: We can suggest streaming services based on what you like to watch—movies, sports, local channels, live TV, or on-demand options.
Q: Can you help with multiple TVs in the house?
A: If time allows during your visit, yes. We can also schedule additional time or visits if needed.
Q: Do you offer this service for Airbnb or rental units?
A: Yes—we can set up smart TVs and apps for rental properties, vacation homes, or guest suites.
Q: Do you offer remote help for streaming issues?
A: We offer remote support for app-related problems or account troubleshooting. Physical setup of devices is best done in person.
