Q: How long does this service take?
A: Most sessions take 60 to 75 minutes depending on your questions. The initial service includes up to 60 minutes; any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll always check with you before continuing.
Q: Can you help me organize photos and contacts?
A: Yes—we can sort your photos, remove duplicates, back them up to the cloud, and help you manage your contacts more easily.
Q: Will you help with apps like Zoom, Uber, or WhatsApp?
A: Definitely. We can help you install, set up, and feel confident using any app you’d like—whether for travel, communication, banking, or health.
Q: What if I forgot my Apple ID or Google password?
A: We’ll do our best to help you recover access or reset your account securely, and show you how to manage your login info going forward.
Q: Can you help more than one person in the same home?
A: Yes. If time allows, we’re happy to assist more than one person during the same visit. You can also book back-to-back sessions.
