A: Most smart home setups take 60 to 90 minutes depending on the number and type of devices. The initial service includes up to 60 minutes; additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll always explain if more time is needed before proceeding.

A: Make sure you have the devices you want set up, your Wi-Fi password, and access to the email accounts or app stores linked to your devices.
