Q: What types of scanners do you work with?
A: We support most scanners, including flatbed, sheet-fed, and all-in-one printers with built-in scanning features. Both USB and wireless models are supported.
Q: Can you help me scan documents to email or folders?
A: Yes! We’ll show you how to scan to your desktop, to a specific folder, or directly to your email—whatever works best for you.
Q: I’ve had this scanner for years but never used it—can you still help?
A: Absolutely. Whether your scanner is brand-new or collecting dust, we’ll get it running and teach you how to use it confidently.
Q: How long does this service take?
A: Most setups and training sessions take 60 to 75 minutes. The initial service includes up to 60 minutes; any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll let you know if we expect it to go longer.
Q: Can you help me scan photos, too?
A: Yes—we can show you how to scan and save photos, and suggest settings for the best quality results.
Q: What if I don’t have the scanner software?
A: We’ll help you locate, install, and configure the proper software and drivers, even if your scanner didn’t come with a disc or manual.
Q: Can you recommend scanning apps for my phone?
A: Definitely. If you’d prefer to use your phone or tablet for scanning, we can help you choose and set up a mobile app that suits your needs.
Q: Will this work with both Mac and PC?
A: Yes. We provide scanner support for both Windows and macOS, and we’ll tailor the setup and training to your system.
Q: Do you offer remote help for scanner setup?
A: Yes—for software and training-related tasks, we can often assist remotely. For physical connection or printer/scanner combos, in-person service is best.
