Lost Files? We’ll Help You Get Them Back.
We schedule a 60-minute session to begin diagnosis and recovery. Many recoveries can be completed during this time. If the process takes longer, or you choose to proceed with an extended recovery, additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll explain everything before continuing.
We don’t perform advanced “clean room” recovery on physically damaged hard drives. If your drive is clicking, grinding, or unresponsive, we’ll refer you to a trusted partner who can help.
Professional Data Recovery Service – $149
60 minutes of recovery services, enough time to recover most drives up to 512gb
Q: What’s included in data recovery?
A: We diagnose the issue and attempt to recover your personal files (documents, photos, videos, etc.) from a failing computer or external drive. If successful, we transfer the files to another device or storage system.
Q: How long does it take?
A: The service is scheduled for 60 minutes. If recovery is complex or the drive is unstable, additional time may be required—we’ll let you know first. Extra time is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Q: What if the drive is physically damaged?
A: If your drive is making clicking sounds or won’t power on at all, it may require clean-room recovery. We don’t offer that in-house but will connect you with a trusted data recovery lab.
Q: Can you recover deleted files?
A: In many cases, yes—especially if it’s been caught early. The sooner you stop using the device, the better the chance of recovery.
Q: Will my programs or settings be recovered too?
A: Typically, no. We focus on recovering personal files. Programs often need to be reinstalled. If you need help reinstalling and setting things back up, we’re happy to assist.
Q: Do I need to provide my own external drive?
A: If you have one, great. If not, we can provide a new external drive or help you purchase one. Cloud backup is also an option.
Q: Is this service for Mac or PC?
A: Both. We recover data from Windows PCs, Macs, and many external USB drives.
