A: Absolutely. This is your time—we encourage questions, repeat explanations, and hands-on practice until you feel comfortable.

Q: How long is the session?
A: Each session includes up to 60 minutes. If you need more time, we’re happy to stay longer and bill the additional time at our standard hourly rate.

Q: Do you offer printed or written guides for reference?
A: Yes. If helpful, we’ll provide a simple guide or written notes based on what we covered so you can refer back to it later.

Q: Do you only teach on computers?
A: No—we can also provide instruction on iPhones, iPads, Android phones, tablets, and even smart TVs or cloud storage platforms.

Q: Can I schedule a recurring appointment?
A: Yes. Many of our clients meet with us regularly to keep building skills. We offer flexible scheduling for follow-ups or ongoing learning.

Q: Is this available in person only?
A: Yes. This service is designed to be hands-on and in person, but we do offer remote coaching sessions in some cases—just ask.
